The Leadership Track is an 8-week intensive designed to raise up leaders who carry vision, servant hearted character, and catalytic influence. This school is built on the foundation of worship and intercessory prayer. LTS exists to form leaders who can pioneer, multiply, and sustain movements that bring revival to campuses, cities, and nations.Each week will consist of leadership development, spiritual formation, and missional application. Students are immersed in daily practices of worship and intercession, teachings on biblical leadership, and quality discipleship.We are passionate about raising up healthy leaders who are empowered to lead healthy teams. Students will learn to communicate vision, navigate conflict, and build ministries or projects that carry long-term impact. Every participant receives mentoring and hands-on leadership opportunities, including leading mobilization tours and campus evangelism. The heart of the Leadership track is simple: to raise leaders who live from the presence of God, move with divine purpose, and be the catalyst of revival wherever God sends them.
The Leadership Track runs from July 18th through September 11th 2027 and is designed as an 8-week, post-DTS training season focused on practical leadership development and ministry application. Each week includes hands-on leadership practicums, mentoring, team-based projects, and local outreach, giving students real responsibility in mobilization, campus ministry, and evangelism initiatives. The estimated cost is $3,000, which supports training resources, operational expenses, local ministry engagement, and administrative support. Housing is rent-based, and meals are not provided. Completion of Discipleship Training School (DTS) or equivalent discipleship training is required.
