Our DTS is built around worship, prayer, and calling a generation to fulfill the Great Commission.
It’s where students encounter Jesus, are refined in His presence, and discover their purpose in His story. What starts in the prayer room becomes movement in the nations.
YWAM’s Discipleship Training School (DTS) is a 5–6 month intensive — three months of training followed by the outreach phase to the nations.
The DTS experience leads students into deep friendship with Jesus and into a life defined by one thing—to know Him intimately and make Him known in every nation.
DTS Training Phase:
- deep community & discipleship - daily worship, prayer, and scripture
- hearing God’s voice & knowing His character - freedom, healing, and inner transformation
- empowerment and authority by the Holy Spirit - foundations for a lifelong walk with Jesus
DTS Outreach Phase:
- national & international outreach - evangelism and gospel proclamation
- living the Great Commission in real time - serving local churches & global communities
- cross-cultural missions experience - mobilized into a missional lifestyle
After completing DTS, students may continue into one of our secondary schools. The Leadership Track is an 8-week intensive that equips students to lead, disciple, and mobilize this generation through practical leadership and ministry training. The Discipleship Bible School (DBS) is a three-month deep dive into Scripture, designed to help students know God more deeply so they can make Him known with clarity and conviction.
